Do people still recommend the use of enneads and decilia?

Which people <g>?

I don't watch them routinely. When (20 years ago) I did my project of ranking different predictive techniques from a test chart set, they didn't come up nearly as strong as other techniques - probably ranking low-mid intensity around the range of an Anlunar.

But I'm still intrigued by the Ennead and will pop one up especially if it falls proximate to an observable shift.

I don't watch my own with any regularity.

If there were enough interest and discussion on this topic, I'd happily add an Ennead sub-forum to this section (rather than just lump them under solar returns) - but that would need to arise from a demonstrated interest.

Anybody confident enough in his or her own opinion to post a reply <g>.

Well, I have found that when an angular planet in an ennead chart actually crosses over the angle by transit during the 40 day period, a hit symbolic of the ennead chart occurs. Anyone else find that to be true?
